GCSE Ready Steady Cook!
Year 10 GCSE Food Technology students were challenged to a ready steady cook challenge this week.
In small groups students were given an unknown box of ingredients and had to work together to produce a restaurant worthy dish.
They were marked on food hygiene, technical skills, team work, presentation and of course the taste of their final dish. (Mr Gardner seemed to enjoy the tasting part of the challenge).
